Self Work: Demo, installation of water main, sewer main, storm drain, inlets, manholes, rcp, box culvert, curb and gutter, and paving.

Extension of East Mall Drive and Seger Drive across North Elk Vale Road going east toward the Services road. America’s Way is also being extended and tying into Seger Drive. Two box culverts are also being installed in the drainage channel.
